October 20, 2011 – Japanese Cooking Class

Atsuko held her Okanagan College Continuing Education Japanese cooking class on October 20 and it was a full house! She taught the students how to make Carrot Rice Balls, Chicken Karage, Sunomono Salad, and Chawan Mushi. The recipes were easy to make and the class really enjoyed learning about and eating their freshly-prepared delights. Atsuko plans to add some new items for the next class which should be held sometime in February 2012.
