Atsuko hosted a Japanese cooking class at Penticton Secondary School on February 17. The class was full and, sadly, a few of the eager applicants had to be put on a waiting list for the next class. The class is offered through Okanagan College’s Continuing Education Program, and Atsuko taught everyone how to make: rolled sushi, tempura, miso soup, and gomae (sesame seed & spinach) salad.
