During the week leading up to Easter, The Salvation Army Church hosted a series of Holy Week Meditations led by pastors from various churches in Penticton. The Meditations gave everyone a chance to reflect on the meaning of Easter and also provided an opportunity for people from the different churches to join together in celebrating the life of Jesus Christ. Delicious homemade soups and desserts were on hand and musical entertainment was also provided, culminating with the special appearance of The Salvation Army Penticton Choir on Thursday afternoon. On Easter Sunday a special service will be held on Munson Mountain followed by a Sunday breakfast and Sunday Service at The Salvation Army Penticton Community Church.
