February 2010 – Japanese Cooking

Atsuko taught 3 Japanese cooking classes through Okanagan College Continuing Education and everyone had a terrific time. She taught the students to make makizushi (rolled sushi), miso soup, gomae salad, and tempura. The students had a lot of fun and they gave her great reviews. This fall and winter she will be teaching more Japanese cooking classes in Penticton and Summerland.
